Location of the hotel was on top of a hill where you need to take a lift to go up to their lobby to check in Bell service,receptionist and Fnb staff service was friendly. We stay at a honeymoon suite where there is a big jacuzzi at the balcony with good privacy. They also provide a small bottle of shower gel for you to make up the bubble in the jacuzzi. Room was nicely decorated with rose petal and towel arts. However, room amenities was very basic for a suite room. They only provide 2 bottle of drinking water and a pack of chips. It was too stingy for a guest that pay more than 5000 baht for 1 night stay. The next day I was staying in Amari Patong and their amenities are way better. We take a room with a breakfast with a perception that this is a Gourmet hotel. However, it was a great disappointment. Breakfast was very basic and no variety.

酒店服務不錯，主動幫忙拿取行李，對待中國人都會微笑問好，還有一衹白色貓貓每天在酒店門口睡覺，酒店附近100米有一家摩託車租賃，騎車十分鐘到市區，馬殺雞舒服～

The hotel is definitely a gem, located at Kamala beach with a stunning view when the lift door opened at lobby. Reception staff is friendly and professional, welcome drink and cold tower for refreshment while waiting for the check in procedure. Room is spacious, clean and a great view. Hotel located with some distance from the attraction locations, so while it’s a bit inconvenient, but you get a more peaceful environment. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

Excellent pool, and beautiful view from balcony the room. Enjoyed the roar of the waves throughout the day from your own balcony. The service is friendly, fast and good. Love the smoothies and milk shakes in the cafe. Enjoyed the infinity pool views. Lovely and romantic hotel for couples. We decided to stay a full day inside the hotel enjoying our balcony jacuzzi as well. I will definitely return again just for the relaxing views !

They've got a small pool at the opposite side of the road, but need to cut through the restaurant as the gate is closed. It is a peaceful area to chill and towels are provided there, so drying up and returning to the room isn't an issue.
